I notice that from Oslo to Arvika can be a bit tricky at this time, sj.se page shows that there´s bus from Oslo to Karlstad instead of train, and then train from Karlstad to Arvika…
So, be aware in Oslo and look from where the bus is leaving, might be clear signs about the changes.
It shows:
13:56 Bus 60660 OSLO – KARLSTAD 17:00
17:55 Train 8925 KARLSTAD – ARVIKA 18:42
So, if you want it more easy, wait a bit longer in Oslo and take the direct train Oslo-Arvika 16:56 – 18:48
